Summer Moon Cappuccino Review I've really grown to appreciate Summer Moon for their cappuccinos, which I believe are among the best in Frisco. This time, I decided to branch out a bit and tried their Summer Moon and Half Moon drinks. Drink Choices Summer Moon : I found this one to be too sweet for my taste. Half Moon : This option was much better, with a less sweet profile that I preferred. Quality Considerations While Summer Moon excels in crafting delicious cappuccinos, the quality can vary. During busier times, I've noticed a dip in quality, which can be disappointing. However, when there’s a skilled barista on duty and the wait isn’t too long, the experience can be fantastic. Ordering Preference I generally avoid mobile orders since drinks can sit for a while and lose their freshness. Overall Rating Considering my experiences, I'd rate the Summer Moon cappuccino between 7 and 8 out of 10 . It’s definitely worth trying, especially when the barista is on point.

Fairgrounds Coffee Review I decided to switch things up this week and visited Fairgrounds in Knox Henderson, Dallas, while also stopping by Summer Moon in Frisco for some familiarity. Fairgrounds Experience At Fairgrounds, I tried both an Espresso and a Cappuccino . Cappuccino : Unfortunately, the cappuccino fell flat for me. It seemed like they might have used soy or skim milk instead of whole milk, which affected the creaminess and overall texture. Espresso : On the bright side, the espresso was good! I’m optimistic that ordering the cappuccino with whole milk next time will yield a better result. The weather was typical for Texas—hot—but sitting in the shade with a nice breeze made it enjoyable to be outside. I’m glad I tried Fairgrounds, and I look forward to giving it another shot. Overall Rating I’d rate the Fairgrounds cappuccino a 5 out of 10 for this visit. I believe it has potential, especially with the right milk choice.
